My name is Chase, and I work for the veterans advocacy organization Mesothelioma Hope. I came across Rolling Thunder and noticed your organization does a terrific job in providing support and resources for the veterans in your community.

U.S. veterans are at a high risk of mesothelioma, a cancer caused exclusively by asbestos exposure. Every military branch relied on asbestos from the 1930s to the early 1980s because this mineral was cheap and resistant to fire and heat.

At Mesothelioma Hope, we offer resources for veterans and their families that certified oncologists and VA benefits specialists review. We provide detailed information about mesothelioma and its impacts on those who have served. 1 out of 3 mesothelioma patients are veterans, so we are on a mission to raise awareness and reach those with this cancer to help increase their odds of fighting it.
